on the afternoon of february 2^nd, a signing ceremony of strategic cooperation agreement between aceg (angola) co., ltd. and tidecom technology co., ltd. (ttc) was held in hefei. leaders from anhui provincial department of commerce; ttc and aceg， witnessed the signing ceremony.

mr. bian yang，general manager of aceg (angola) co., ltd. and mr. lv jingtao, general manager of tidecom technology co., ltd., signed the strategic cooperation agreement respectively on behalf of their own companies and a preliminary investigation report was made on the joint development plan of cassava processing industry.

tidecom group is a comprehensive company integrating technology, industry and trade. it is mainly engaged in technology development, engineering general contracting, technical services, equipment manufacturing, r&d training, project financing, etc. in the fields of food, agricultural products, chemicals, medicines and integrated business services.
